Bob Ross - INFP

Introverted Feeling, or ‘Fi’, is a judging function that’s often correlated with art, language & ethics.

  • It’s the primary function of ISFPs and INFPs
  • It’s the auxiliary function of ESFPs and ENFPs
  • It’s the tertiary function of ISTJs and INTJs
  • It’s the inferior function of ESTJs and ENTJs

Fi evaluates information based on subjective, personal values.

When Fi is used in a mature way, it considers ethics and is attuned to the personal needs of others. People using introverted feeling in this way will tend to exhibit a centered, balanced energy.

When Fi is used in an immature way, it does not consider objective evidence and/or the concerns of others. People using introverted feeling in this way can appear overly stubborn, indignant or childish.
